Boyad Roadmap

Hi guys, Ben and Matt here. Welcome to the Boyad roadmap, where we share our plans for the future of Boyad. We are constantly working to improve our software as a service web app to better serve our users and provide them with a powerful tool for cold outreach. Here are some of the key milestones that we plan to achieve in the coming months and years:

 

 

Phase One:

In Phase One, our focus is on improving the quality of our outputs and enhancing the performance and reliability of our backend servers. We will also be fixing any initial bugs that may be present in the system. Our key objectives include:

 

  • Initial bug fixes to improve the user experience.
  • Improving the quality of outputs to ensure that our users receive high-quality first lines for their cold outreach.
  • Scaling up our backend servers to improve performance and reliability, so our users can rely on Boyad when they need it the most.
  • UI improvements.

 

Phase Two:

In Phase Two, we will be implementing personalised subject lines outputs and allowing input variables to customise the output of the first lines. We will also continue to work on scaling up, fixing any bugs that arise and improving overall quality. Our key objectives include:

 

  • Implementing subject lines, to make our outputs even more personalised and relevant.
  • Allowing users to input variables to customise the output of the first lines, so they can tailor them to their specific needs.
  • Continuing to scale up our system to accommodate more users, while fixing any bugs that may arise and improving overall quality.

 

We’ve actually got the personalised subject line creator working, and may roll this out sooner. From trials we’ve got over a 95% open rate so far!  

 

Phase Three:

In Phase Three, we will be implementing advanced personalisation, allowing for even more customisation within the body copy of messages. We will also be adding additional segments that can be added to the sender, and using prospect’s LinkedIn profiles as a research variable. Finally, we will be integrating with other software to make it easier for our users to access Boyad. Our key objectives include:

 

  • Implementing advanced personalisation within the body copy of messages to provide even more customisation options for our users.
  • Adding additional segments that can be added to the sender to further improve the relevance and effectiveness of the first lines.
  • Using prospect’s LinkedIn profiles as a research variable to gather more information about them.
  • Integrating with other software to make it easier for our users to access Boyad and to provide them with even more powerful tools for cold outreach.

 

That sums it up for now – we have some more ideas that we’re currently testing, but this is going to be our main focus over the next few months.
