Boyad is a software as a service web app that writes personalised introductions that can be used in cold outreach, such as email or LinkedIn.

Most inboxes today are flooded with generic and un-personalised spam. Demonstrating that you have researched your prospects, by using personalised introductions, is a great way to stand out and get responses. 

You can, but this takes a lot of time. Assuming it takes you 5 minutes to research a prospect and write a first line, it would take you over 80 hours to set up a campaign of 1000 people. Boyad can do this in less than 2% of this time. 

No, refunds are not available after purchasing the service. If you are having any issues with our service, please contact support. Alternatively, we have made cancelling very simple and easy.

Boyad only uses data that is publicly available when writing the first lines. We are not responsible for how our users source their data lists that they personalise; our terms and conditions state that users must source their data in a GDPR compliant manner to use our service. Failure to comply will result in account termination.

Due to privacy protection settings on certain websites, Boyad is only able to write first lines for about 85-90% of companies. You will not be charged in instances where first lines are not possible to write.

Boyad uses websites to source information to write the first lines. In the future, Boyad will also be able to source information from prospect’s Linkedin pages, but this is only in alpha testing.

Most cold email automated senders, such as Lemlist or Instantly, allow for custom personalization variables. Please visit your respective sender’s website for more information or feel free to contact us for more advice.

Right now, Boyad does not integrate with other software.

Boyad is only in beta at the moment, meaning that you may encounter errors when using it. Please contact one of our support staff, who will be happy to resolve any issues that arise.

Outputs can be downloaded from the user dashboard in .csv. format. This makes it easier to immediately upload to an automated sender.

Each membership tier gives you a certain amount of credits. Each first line costs 1 credit. You will not be charged in instances where first lines aren’t possible, due to a website’s security settings.
